2024 inductees to Gold & Silver Circles Announced
The National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has announced the 2024 inductees to the prestigious Gold & Silver Circles.
“This is a tremendous honor that is often compared to a “Hall of Fame” within our Chapter and the entire Academy”, said President Adam Longo. “Each inductee will join the ranks of other past inductees, including Sam Donaldson, Gordon Peterson, Judy Woodruff, Ted Koppel, Bob Schieffer, Maureen Bunyan, and Jim Vance”, he added.
This years honorees are:
Brad Bell – WJLA, Reporter
Jim Byrne – DC News Now / DCW50, Washington’s CW, Director of Public Relations & Community Affairs
Liz Feldman – CNN (formerly WTTG, WJLA, WRC, and WUSA9), Writer/Producer
Mark Kraham – Kraham Consulting, Owner
Dr. Tim Tooten, Sr. – WBAL-TV, (Retired) Education Reporter
David Wainwright – MPT, Sr. Audio Technician
Deborah Weiner – WBAL, Anchor/Special Projects/Investigative Reporter
April Woodard – WTKR, Host
The induction ceremony will take place October 19th in Baltimore.
