Adam Longo Debuts On Channel 7 This Friday
DCRTV reported in August that WUSA-9 reporter Adam Longo was leaving the Tenga station to join Sinclair‘s WJLA-7 as a co-host for Good Morning Washington.
Today, WJLA announced that Longo’s first day on the air will be this Friday, October 4th.
This is a homecoming for Adam. In 1999, his first television job was as a news writer and production assistant with WJLA‘s sister station, NewsChannel 8.
After his time at NewsChannel 8, he was a reporter and anchor for TV stations in Charlottesville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Orlando, and Phoenix.
For the last nine years, Longo was a reporter at WUSA.
