Another iHeart Layoff: Whiskey and Randy Out at Froggy 99.9 in Salisbury
DCRTV has learned that Froggy 99.9 (WWFG) Salisbury morning hosts Whiskey and Randy are the latest casualties of iHeartMedia‘s ongoing round of layoffs. The duo, who have hosted mornings on the station since 2011, have been removed from the station’s website.
Whiskey and Randy became a familiar part of Delmarva mornings during their 15 year run on Froggy 99.9. Their exit comes as iHeartMedia continues making staffing cuts at stations across the country.
UPDATE June 29 – Froggy 99.9 is airing the syndicated Mornings With Granger in morning drive.
