Apartment Building Proposed For Former FOX 5 Tower Site
Donohoe has proposed a multi-family residential building at 4201 Garrison Street NW, the former FOX 5 (WTTG) tower site.
The plans call for a 100 unit building with a penthouse.
WTTG now transmits from a tower off River Rd.
Donohoe is also replacing the former FOX 5 building at 5151 Wisconsin Ave, NW, with a 210-unit apartment building. (More info here.)
FOX 5 called the Wisconsin Ave location home for 60 years.
WTTG moved about 2 miles away to a new state-of-the-art studio in Bethesda in 2021.
