Dan Mason Pens New Book

Longtime broadcasting executive Dan Mason has added author to his resume. Mason has released a new book called “Fearless”. The book traces his journey from a radio-obsessed teenager programming stations from his bedroom to becoming President and CEO of CBS Radio, one of the most powerful positions in the broadcasting industry.

Mason first made his mark in Washington radio during the 1970s as Program Director of WPGC, helping shape the station during its highly successful Top 40 era. He would go on to hold leadership roles throughout the industry before eventually taking the helm at CBS Radio, overseeing some of the nation’s biggest stations and personalities, including Don and Mike, Howard Stern, and Don Imus.
