Draper Media Closes On Forever Media Stations
Draper Media, owner of WBOC-TV, WRDE-LD, and Telemundo Delmarva, has finalized its purchase of six Forever Media radio stations. The deal Is valued at $11 million.
The acquisition includes heritage news/talker WDEL (1150/107.7), CHR WSTW (93.7), and country WXCY (103.7), along with WCEI (96.7) and WINX (94.3) on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, plus translator W245CJ (96.9). County land records show Draper paid $2.2 million for Forever’s Shipley Road office and studios.
