Frederick Magazine Profiles WFRE/WFMD’s Dianah Gibson
In a new profile, Dianah Gibson, News Director for Free Country 99.9 (WFRE) and 930 WFMD, reflects on her 35 year career in broadcasting. Gibson traces her journey from her first radio news job in Hagerstown while attending Towson State University, to on air roles at Z104 (WZYQ), television news and traffic reporting in Virginia Beach and Baltimore, and eventually returning to Frederick in 2005.
