Kidd O’Shea Leaves Good Morning Washington

After nearly a decade with WJLA’s Good Morning Washington, Kidd O’Shea is heading back to his hometown of Milwaukee. He’s joining TMJ4 (WTMJ-TV) as the station’s new traffic anchor and community correspondent, and returning to the same building where his career began as a teenager at WKTI-FM.

In DC, Kidd became a familiar face for his upbeat community and entertainment reports, covering events like the Oscars, CMA Awards, and Kennedy Center Honors. In addition to his new TV gig, Kidd will also be heard weekday afternoons on Milwaukee’s 95.7 BIG FM (WRIT-FM), where he’s been voice tracking weekend shifts remotely from DC for the past few years. His TMJ4 News Today debut is set for December.
