Lisa Berigan Returns To BIG 100.3 Middays

A familiar voice is heading back to a familiar spot. WBIG-FM (BIG 100.3) has announced the return of Lisa Berigan to middays. Berigan exited the station during a round of company-wide cuts at iHeartMedia in November 2024.

Berigan spent nearly two decades on middays at BIG 100. Since then, she briefly co-hosted afternoons at WGTS (91.9) and has continued working within iHeartMedia as a weekend and fill-in host on WASH-FM (97.1) and WMZQ (98.7). She’ll continue to be heard on those stations while reclaiming her longtime midday slot on BIG 100.3.

“Coming back to BIG 100 truly feels like coming home,” Berigan said in a statement. “I’m excited to reconnect with listeners and be part of something that has always meant so much to me.” iHeartMedia Washington Director of Rock Programming Dustin Matthews called Berigan’s connection to the DMV “genuine,” adding that “no one connects with the DMV like Lisa Berigan.” Before her long run at BIG 100, Berigan worked at Washington’s former WWZZ (Z104), along with stops in Philadelphia, Chicago, and Seattle. She also continues to host the nationally syndicated Live In Concert.
