Matt Cahill, ‘Drab T-Shirt,’ Facing Domestic Violence Charge, Released From Jail
A producer for The Sports Junkies morning show was released from jail this afternoon following his arrest over the weekend.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Washington Times that Matt Cahill, known to listeners as Drab T-Shirt, was taken into custody Sunday and charged with misdemeanor assault and battery of a family member.
A spokesperson for The Fan‘s owner, Audacy, declined to comment to DCRTV but confirmed that Cahill has been placed on leave from the radio station.
Cahill has been a fixture at 106.7 The Fan (WJFK) since 2012, serving as executive producer of The Junkies.
