Mike Ondayko Promoted To Middays At WRNR

WRNR has announced a programming lineup change that will put Mike Ondayko in the station’s weekday midday slot beginning July 6.

Ondayko, who joined WRNR in May to host Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., will now take over the Monday through Friday midday shift from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The move comes as Carrie Evans steps away from her daily show to focus on family responsibilities. Evans will remain with the station, hosting Sundays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. while also working on special projects for WRNR.

The updated weekday lineup will feature Dave Z. starting an hour earlier (from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m), followed by Ondayko from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Neci hosting afternoons from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Weekend programming remains largely unchanged, with Evans’ new Sunday show replacing Ondayko’s former shift. WRNR is heard on 93.5 in Annapolis and Silver Spring.
