New Station Launches on the Mid-Shore: WFHW 90.3 Harriet Tubman Radio

A new radio station has joined the Eastern Shore’s FM dial. WFHW (90.3) known as Harriet Tubman Radio, signed on October 12, broadcasting from Cambridge with some locally produced interview shows as well as NPR programming.

The new station is a collaboration between WHCP (91.7) and the Harriet Tubman Museum, aiming to amplify community voices and provide a platform for local storytelling and public affairs. WFHW says its mission is to uplift voices, foster understanding, and help bridge divides, drawing inspiration from Tubman’s courage and legacy.
