Pricing Announced For Townhouses At Former WINC Studio Site
In late December 2020, Winchester’s 92.5 WINC was sold to EMF, which today broadcasts its satellite-delivered Air1 format on the frequency.
The radio station’s land was sold to Ryan Homes, which has been working on building a new community.
Yesterday, Ryan Homes started marketing for the neighborhood they call Laurelwood Commons. The neighborhood will consist of 34 townhouses.
The properties will be available for sale next month at a starting price from the mid $300,000s.
