Radio Sputnik Ends On Thursday – New WZHF format to debut on Friday
Last month, the U.S. State Department introduced new sanctions on Russian-backed broadcasters, including Radio Sputnik, which leases 1390 WZHF.
Radio Sputnik closed its Washington offices and stopped producing programming on October 15th.
WZHF Is currently airing podcasts produced by Russian media until their lease on WZFH expires at 11:59 PM On Thursday, October 31st.
