Russ Parr Heads Back To WMMJ
Radio One’s WMMJ (Majic 102.3) is bringing a familiar voice back to the lineup. Russ Parr is returning to the station, this time to host afternoon drive starting Monday, April 27. He takes over the slot currently occupied by the syndicated DL Hughley Show.
Parr previously hosted mornings on the station through his syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show until it wrapped up in late 2023. Parr had a 27 year run doing mornings for Radio One on WKYS and later WMMJ. Now, he slides into afternoons with Tanisha Nichole, DJ Sixth Sense handling the 5pm mix, and Alfredas with the Daily Horrorscope.
