After more than a quarter century on the air at WFRE, Tom Whalen is preparing to step away from the microphone. WFRE’s longtime morning show host will retire at the end of 2025, closing the book on a remarkable 26 year run.
Tom’s final day in the morning will be Wednesday, December 31, 2025. He will remain on the air through Sunday, January 4, 2026, hosting his final episode of Sunday Rewind.
