Two New Hires At WAMU

WAMU has hired Alex Koma and Alexandra Botti to join the station’s newsroom.

Koma will be filling the role of Senior Reporter, D.C. Politics and Botti as Senior Supervising Producer at 1A.

Koma comes to WAMU from the Washington City Paper, where he served as politics and government reporter, and contributed to the Loose Lips column.

Botti’s new role as the Senior Supervising Producer of 1A follows her time as the National Elections and Politics Producer for the nationally distributed program.
