Update On Craig Laughlin’s Surgery

Washington Capitals color analyst Craig Laughlin underwent open heart surgery on February 4th.

Today, Laughlin posted on Facebook, “Open heart surgery is no joke and the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But, I am looking forward to heading home tomorrow, and continuing on my road to recovery, and coming back stronger than ever.”

Laughlin said before his surgery that he expects to miss the next few months of the season as he recovers but plans to be back on the air before the end of the season.
