Video: Michelle Basch Signs Off Morning Drive
WTOP Morning Anchor Michelle Basch officially signed off from WTOP‘s Glass Enclosed Nerve Center on Friday morning. Closing out a 20-year run at the all-news radio station.
Basch served as morning drive co-anchor alongside John Aaron, a role she stepped into in 2023. Basch is moving to Pennsylvania, where she and her husband will live at their cabin. Basch will continue contributing to WTOP in a reporting role.
Basch joined WTOP in 2006 and held a wide range of roles over her tenure, including reporter, evening anchor, and podcast host. You can watch a video of her send off below:
