Veteran television news anchor Wes Sarginson, who spent more than four decades in local TV newsrooms across the country, has died at the age of 82, following a battle with esophageal cancer. Sarginson anchored WJLA‘s 6 and 11 newscasts with Renee Poussaint in the late 1980’s.
