WETA-FM Launches HD-3 Channel
WETA Classical (90.9) has rolled out a new classical HD channel, WETA Virtuoso, now available on 90.9 HD3, wetaclassical.org, and the WETA Classical app. The channel is billed as a destination for “deep listening,” offering complete performances of symphonies, choral works, chamber music, and pieces from both historic and contemporary composers.
WETA says its main classical service attracts more than 300,000 weekly listeners, ranking among the top classical outlets nationwide.
