Radio Broadcast Communications, Inc. has agreed to sell WKHZ (1460 AM) in Easton to Emmett Broadcasting, LLC, led by Vincent Klepac and Chris Roth for $1.
Emmett Broadcasting will also assume a $53,842.13 note payable to First Media Radio, LLC. The buyer will also assume the station’s tower lease.
Klepac is also owns Sunny 106.1 (WBXX) in Pocomoke City.
