WTHU Lowers Their Price For Their Land Sale
In July, DCRTV reported that Thurmont’s WTHU had listed the land at its studio and transmitter site at 10 Radio Lane for sale.
The property was listed at $435,000. Yesterday, they did a considerable price reduction to $389,000.
WTHU’s owner Michael Betteridge told DCRTV that he sale will not affect WTHU, which will continue to operate as usual after the sale. They are just raising cash.
