El Zol 107.9 Raises Over $100,000 for Children’s National Hospital
EL ZOL 107.9 raised more than $100,000 during its 18th annual radiothon benefiting CHILDREN’S NATIONAL HOSPITAL, pushing the station’s lifetime total to $5.7 million since the fundraiser began in 2007.
Station hosts Patri, Chepe, DJ Xplosive, Rey, Karen Vargas and DJ EZ led the on-air effort, encouraging donations throughout the day. “For many families and children, the joy of the holidays is eclipsed by hardship,” said Candy Cintron, Brand Manager for El Zol 107.9, thanking both the station staff and listeners for their generosity. All proceeds support Children’s National Hospital’s mission to deliver high-quality, innovative and equitable care while improving health outcomes for children locally and beyond.
